Third parties

We use reputable providers to run our store. They only process data to provide their services:

• Shopify — store and checkout
• Payment processors (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal) — we never see your full card details
• Klaviyo — email communications including order confirmations and post-purchase follow-ups. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Judge.me — post-purchase review requests sent by email after your order is fulfilled
• Google Analytics — anonymous site usage data to help us understand how the store is performing. This may use cookies. No personal information is shared with Google.
• FormSpree — powers our fairy mailbox contact form. Messages are received by Magic Fairy Post only and are not shared with or sold to any third party.

Data location & retention

Data may be stored outside Australia by our service providers. We keep order records for legal/tax reasons and delete or anonymise data when no longer needed.

Our fairy mailbox form asks children not to share photos, home addresses, or other personal details. If you believe a child has provided us personal info, contact us and we'll delete it.
