Products

Magic Fairy Post sells physical products (softcover books and pocket fairy plush) and digital downloads. Physical orders are dispatched from Brisbane, QLD, Australia. Digital files are provided instantly after payment.

Physical product safety

All Magic Fairy Post plush products are independently tested and certified to meet Australian, New Zealand, and US children's product safety standards. Our plush hold the following certifications:

• AS/NZS ISO 8124 (Parts 1, 2 and 3) — Australian and New Zealand toy safety standard covering mechanical properties, flammability, and migration of elements
• Australia Competition and Consumer Act 2010 — compliant with phthalates (DEHP) restrictions
• ASTM F963-23 and CPSIA — US Children's Product Certificate (CPC)

All plush are age graded 3+. As with all soft toys, adult supervision is recommended for younger children. Safety documentation is available on request.

Use of products

• Digital products are for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You may print letters and certificates for your own family's use.
• Reselling, redistributing, or claiming our products as your own is prohibited.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Shopify and its third-party providers. We do not store your full payment information.
