Refund policy

This policy applies to both physical products and digital products purchased from our store.


Physical Products (Shipped Items)

We offer a 30-day return window for eligible physical products.

This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • It must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label, and

  • Instructions on how and where to send your item

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, including:

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Deciding you no longer want the item

  • Gifting issues or personal preference

Please choose carefully before purchasing.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at magicfairypost@gmail.com, including photos where relevant, and we will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.


Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable once accessed or downloaded

This includes downloadable files, digital letters, and digital content of any kind.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your digital product, please contact us and we will assist you.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Digital products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalised items

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before requesting a return.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, the fastest option is to:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible), and

  2. Place a new order once the return is approved


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your physical item within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.

Conditions:

  • The item must be unused and unworn, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

This right does not apply to digital products once accessed or downloaded.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you whether your refund is approved or declined

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
