Digital Delivery

All products at Magic Fairy Post are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.

Once you complete checkout, you will receive an instant download link on the confirmation page and by email. Files can be saved to your device and printed at home.

If you don’t receive your email or have trouble accessing your files, please contact us at magicfairypost@gmail.com and we’ll help right away.

Refunds

Because our items are digital, we cannot accept returns once a file has been downloaded.

However, we want every family to feel supported and happy with their purchase. If your file is corrupted, missing, or you experience any technical issue, please reach out to us and we’ll make it right—either by replacing the file or issuing a refund at our discretion.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for digital items. If you accidentally purchased the wrong product, please contact us before downloading the file and we may be able to assist.
